Wattly builds green infrastructure that must be ethical, compliant, and auditable end-to-end. This Code sets the minimum standards for all suppliers, advisors, subcontractors, and other third parties (“Vendors”). It complements your contracts, our DPAs, and applicable law.
This Code applies to all vendor personnel, facilities, and subcontractors involved in products or services provided to Wattly or GreenBridge360™. Where local law is stricter, the stricter rule prevails.
Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, permits, and sanctions/export controls.
Zero tolerance for corruption, bribery, facilitation payments, antitrust/competition violations, fraud, or conflicts of interest.
Maintain accurate books and records that fairly reflect transactions.
Prohibit forced, bonded, or child labor and human trafficking.
Ensure freely chosen employment, lawful working hours, fair wages/benefits, and freedom of association where permitted.
No discrimination or harassment; provide safe, respectful workplaces.
Operate safe facilities with risk assessments, training, PPE, and incident reporting.
Meet or exceed environmental laws on emissions, waste, hazardous substances, and water stewardship.
Manage materials responsibly (e.g., REACH/RoHS, restricted substances).
Measure and work to reduce Scope 1–3 GHG emissions; support energy efficiency, circularity, and responsible sourcing.
Provide ESG data needed for EU Taxonomy, SFDR (incl. PAI), and CSRD reporting, when requested.
Protect personal data per GDPR (or equivalent laws); process only on documented instructions and sign a DPA where required.
Implement security consistent with ISO/IEC 27001 or equivalent controls (access management, encryption in transit/at rest, secure development, vulnerability management, logging/monitoring).
Promptly notify Wattly of security or privacy incidents affecting Wattly/GreenBridge360™ data via via [security@wattly.se]
Maintain BCP/DR plans, including RTO/RPO targets where services are critical; test regularly and remediate gaps.
Flow this Code (or stricter) to all subcontractors and verify their compliance.
Disclose the use of high-risk geographies or materials (e.g., conflict-affected areas) and implement due diligence.
Provide accurate, timely information for due diligence and ongoing monitoring.
Permit audits/assessments by Wattly or appointed third parties (with reasonable notice), including on-site reviews where proportionate.
Cooperate on corrective actions with clear owners and deadlines.
We encourage good-faith reporting of suspected violations by anyone—vendor staff, subcontractors, or third parties.
