In early May, the Wattly team attended Intersolar Europe 2025 in Munich, Germany – the world’s leading exhibition for the solar industry. Under the motto “Connecting Solar Business,” global market leaders gathered to present the latest product developments, trends, and business models in solar energy.
Similar to Elmia Solar in Jönköping earlier this year, Intersolar Europe proved to be an invaluable platform for forging new connections and strengthening existing partnerships. We had productive meetings with both current and potential partners – ranging from innovative technology providers to prominent project developers and financiers.
A particularly welcome aspect of our participation was the presence of our CFO, Magnus Magnusson, who actively engaged in discussions and explored new business opportunities. His expertise and commitment are central to our continued growth journey within the global solar energy market.

At the Heart of the Global Solar Energy Market
Intersolar Europe, as part of The smarter E Europe – Europe’s largest alliance of exhibitions for the energy industry – extends far beyond just solar panels. The exhibition encompasses the entire solar energy ecosystem, including manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, installers, service providers, project developers, planners, and startups. This breadth creates a dynamic environment for collaboration and innovation, perfectly aligning with Wattly’s ambition to invest in and finance future-proof energy solutions globally.
Our time in Munich provided us with valuable insights into the latest trends and technologies driving the solar industry forward. The discussions we held with partners and potential collaborators have provided new energy and concrete steps forward in several exciting projects.
We look forward to continuing to develop these relationships and translate the impressions and learnings from Intersolar Europe 2025 into our daily work for a more sustainable energy future.
