The CEO Role – Driving Growth, Innovation & Impact
As CEO, you will lead Wattly Group through its next phase of growth, overseeing strategy, operations, and investment structures to ensure the success of large-scale renewable energy projects. Key responsibilities include:
✅ Strategic Leadership & Execution – Define and implement Wattly’s long-term vision, maximizing investor value and accelerating the green transition.
✅ Parallel Financing & Investment Strategies – Leverage Wattly’s ability to finance multiple renewable projects simultaneously, creating a scalable and high-performing development pipeline.
✅ Expanding Partnerships – Strengthen relationships with developers, EPCs, and investors to ensure a steady and high-quality project portfolio.
✅ Sustainable Finance & Compliance – Integrate EU Taxonomy frameworks and regulatory requirements into all aspects of project evaluation, risk management, and execution.
✅ Operational Excellence – Lead high-performing teams, streamline processes, and reinforce Wattly’s reputation as a stable and trusted market player.
Who We’re Looking For
We seek an accomplished professional with a strong background in finance, energy, or infrastructure who can balance ambitious growth with responsible risk management. The ideal candidate will bring:
- Proven leadership experience in finance, investment, or energy infrastructure.
- Expertise in MTN programs, investment frameworks, and regulatory requirements in sustainable
- finance.
- Ability to structure and execute parallel financing strategies for large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong relationships with investors, developers, and financial institutions.
- Experience implementing EU Taxonomy and other sustainability frameworks.
- A track record in optimizing operations and leading cross-functional teams.
